This battle was super duper fire from what I remember. Lu Cipher is one of the most underrated, and under appreciated pens in this game. Some say he’s sloppy or unprepared at times, but ask yourself if he’s this good at 50% power, maybe he’s just making it fair for everyone else?! Lu at 100% would wreck the game.
