With every hit on the stone the bone uses Calcium to get a harder structure. It's the same with Bodybuilding to build new muscles you need to train hard to force the muscle to build more muscle fibres. When an untrained pesosn would hit the stone as hard as this guy several times his bone could break easily.

Serious question.. I wonder how many times he has broken his bones and how the process works for conditioning for situations where ya had a lot of conditioning built up but then have an injury? Like do they have to wait a real long time to start back up, or do they just start soft as soon as they can ? Would they get the same level of conditioning back, or would their hand become permanently weaker OR become a stronger more durable structure🤷 I'm sincerely interested.. because.it takes so many years of dedication to get that far and I honestly wonder what happens if an injury were to occur?
