Kothamalli Sadam | Coriander Rice in Tamil | Variety Rice Recipes in Tamil Lunch box Recipe

In this video we will see how to make coriander rice in tamil. Coriander Rice / Kothamalli Sadam is a good variety rice recipe perfect for lunch box recipe. It can be served with vadagam and potato fry. The beauty of this recipe is that it can be used to convert plain white rice into this tasty kothamalli sadam in less than 15 minutes. So it a quick fix recipe and is an excellent method of utilizing the left over white rice. I have used basmati rice for this recipe but it can be done with regular rice also.
