Kothu Idli | കൊത്തു ഇഡ്ഡലി
A popular south Indian street food made using left over idlis.it is spicy and flavorful.
Cooked Idlis are cubed , stir fried with onion, tomato and other spices. Garnished with coriander leaves. Can be served as it is or with coconut chutney and sambar. Kothu Idli very tasty and an easy way to reuse left over Idlis.

Ingredients:
Idli cooked 10
Coconut Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves few
Onion 1
Green chili 1
Garlic 1/4 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Fennel powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves few
lime juice few drops
