@@eden5388 tbf the characters we get to play all have visions, which is a symbol for power and talent in the world of Genshin. They are all at the top of their industry as some of the most talented people doing that job. On the contrary the NPCs have pretty basic outfits.

I can always tell how much detail you’re going to put into your sculpture by how long the presentation video is. When I saw it was over 18 minutes I knew it was going to have a lot of detail. One of your best!

The official ones begins from a hand-made prototypes like that. A workshops like this artist's offers their works to figurines factories. Based on such prototypes factories will develop molds for serial figures production.

Watching this, I felt terrified of how artists can be. As in it's so amazing how much detail can be paid attention to, drawing Nilou is one thing, replicating the art into a 3D model is another thing. The size of everything has to be scaled correctly to make everything look proportionate. 😭😭😭😭

模様とか装飾品も全部立体で、パーツ単位でちゃんと成立する形で作るのやばすぎ、、、！！！ソフトウェアの中のモデリングですら大変なことをこのサイズで、粘土でやるのか、、、 でもそうしないとできない踊りのスピード感と、質感すら出てる。エフェクトを立体化して周りにつけることで動きを表現する手法とか使わずに、どういう動作の中のこのコマなんだろうな、っていうとこまで想像できる。造形力が高すぎる。 信じられない、神の所業だ 原神のキャラデザは原型師泣かせの多そうね
