MAD stands for a type of AMV that is created by a Japanese. Although the videos does not really have much difference, MADs usually has more special effects than just normal fan AMVs. They also only use Japanese songs, unlike AMVs that most of the time uses songs of other languages... But of course, MADs without much special effects does exist, also with MADs that has songs from other languages other than Japanese.

No sadly is was not done by CLAMP it was done by a group called Anime Cartoon. But if you want to know some good news a third series named Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS has been confirmed, and will begin airing sometime in 2007. I can't wait I have already watched all the rest. XD
