I do not speak French. But I find the fourth piece of art of the album best up until now. Effective, motivational even epochal. Can anyone provide subtitles as a comment. Please.

It doesn't really make sense. The idea is more to sound good. For example he repeats "Destruction" at the beginning.

@@expeler Not really, at the end he repeats "Peace is elementary but elementary". Don't really look for a deep meaning in my opinion.
