Kotton you have the power to stop the stutters. Can you please spread awareness of this fix for people who have good PC's but still have stutters. The ram usage for most people is actually semi-capped with a paging function that offloads a chunk of ram to your HD or SSD. This is fixed but going to advanced system setting, opening performance, settings, then click change under virtual memory. You just untick the option to auto manage paying files and it allows your computer to utilize all of your ram. You can take credit for this but it is the #1 fix amongst my discord group
