Great recap Ethan and beautiful Saitou sketched cards! There was a lot of talk on E4 about the pros and cons of the Baltimore regional event but I'm glad some ppl were able to get some stuff signed. As you said, there are growing pains for these signing events due to the high demand and I hope they continue in the future and get better.

It's simple math that these companies and organizers are failing. Known capacity and known amount of time do the math and let people know right off the bat if they are in and out. How to dispense the limited amount of slots and what to charge is another consideration but no need for hundreds to wait without knowing either way. Nice sigs though!
