First of all I would like to thank you very much! It's fun to watch your videos and I'm glad I came across your channel. You explain it really in detail and very well! I've been using your recommendations for several months and it has greatly increased the game performance (and the fun of playing). I have adopted almost all of the recommendations, but of course I had to make some fine adjustments on my old PC... (I5-6600K > OC 4.6 GHz, GTX1080 OC, 16GB RAM). Unfortunately I have a large CPU bottleneck. Nevertheless, the game can play pretty well and fluently. Benchmark AVG FPS = 107, in game depending on mode (DMZ between 70-90 FPS, MP between 80-100). I know others are laughing about it, but for me it's enough. I'd say that's fine for such an 8 year old machine. Thank you again and keep it up! I'm looking forward to your next video! ...And now I'm looking at the beautiful clouds in the crystal clear water reflection :-P

Yo these tips really helped. I've done a lot of research and fiddling over the years and assumed I'd know what's what by now, but some of these settings helped me increase both the fidelity and the framerate of my game. I thought everything had to look horrendous for me to be able to play, but it looks comparable to how you'd imagine the game looks on a ps4 with my GTX 1060. I was upset that I'd probably need to update my hardware soon to enjoy mw3 but I can't afford to right now. That said, now I know that won't be necessary. This has sincerely opened my eyes. By the way I love the way you assume every viewer is an idiot when explaining stuff. I always think "what would the least common denominator's interpretation of an instruction be?" and it's hilarious to see you going for that kind of approach in your tutorial.
