It's simple, If there are no posts in 3A then no meaning of having Certificate for selection but for Promotion purpose they will consider the Category, so I suggest you to submit caste certificate

Sir, My SSLC marks card mention name as M M Spoorthi. . But My PUC, All engineering Sem marks card has Spoorthi M M and degree certificate has Spoorthi M M.
