ten years of KPCS. Excellent, and well worth checking out the catalogue of conversations. Thank you, Kevin.

Super fun to hear from Michael McKean - what a varied and engaged career! Even though this is years late - I am really impressed and delighted with the focus and engagement Mr. Pollack has during a conversational interview - W.O.W. and :) Thank you, and the crew!

The thing that sticks in my mind when I think of Michael McKean is Lenny And the squigtones singing Night After Night. I think . I know Michael is a genius. Just watching that performance you can observe Lenny and know he put that all together. Not only is he one of the funniest men alive and a great actor. He is a great musician and vocalist. . A lot of talent is cramped up in one man. . And from what I hear. He is a down to earth nice guy. . Great show Kevin.

Thank you - Why do shows like this think we’re interested in their random chit chat? Useful idiots does the same thing. Lots of shows do it. The only one I enjoy is Conan Needs a Friend, because he’s funny. All these other hosts are not entertaining personalities but they somehow think they are..

At 53:20 a mention is made to the club that occupied the same space as the present day Viper Room on Sunset Strip - that club was known as "The Central" and it was headlined Monday evenings back in the late 80's / early 90's by the famous Sunset Strip denizen Chuck E. Weiss and the Goddamn Liars ( the same Chuck E. about whose love life Rickki Lee Jones famously commented about in 1978 )….you're welcome.

When you watch these “stars” being interviewed you realize how vast their memory recall and acute their associative thinking is. Amazing really. And to think he played such a moronic character so convincingly in Lenny. Certainly makes a good misguided prick on Better Call Saul.
