TVXQ are so vocally talented on top of everything else they bring, it honestly puts many new groups today to shame. Like I cannot think of another 5 member boy group where each and every member is this vocally talented.

As there are many misinformations here and the lawsuit mainly and basically concern the 3 members of JYJ it's better to correct some points here. 1- JYJ have won their lawsuit fair and square, and their contracts were ruled invalid for unfair closes since February 2011. 2- SM dragged the lawsuit longer for other reasons such the last events profits distribution which was fixed in court and it ended by mutual agreement in 2012 (and these ruling doesn't at all concern the contracts that were already ruled invalid and all SM appealing about it were rejected). 3- SM and the members left in TVXQ found it more dramatically benifical for them to picture JYJ as the members who only care for money don't want TVXQ...etc where in Fact JYJ were extremely surprised and shocked to see the 2 members that they were still considering friends coming back using tvxq name when we all thought TVXQ is the five of them not just a brand name that belongs to SM as the two have stated. Also unlike the lawsuit with Luhan, Tao, Kris..etc JYJ have actually informed the two members about their wish to battle with SM about the contract unfair closes and they even informed their families the two have backed off (their right) but the three kept on with the plan since the things got worse with SM to the point where SM asked Junsu's father to take his son and leave the company (it was junsu's father who used to speak with SM about their unfair treatment to DBSK and according to him all the five were complaining to him). So people should stop acting like if homin were victims or anything they were fully aware of everything since the start and its both sides choices that lead to break up not one side. Also after JYJ have filled the lawsuit they kept working as five in Japan 3 months after that until they have fully finished their schedules. 4- SM have blocked JYJ from appearing in TV or defending themselves or even promoting their work until this day, with the help of yunho and changmin they promoted false reasons for them to leaving SM to make the public hate them while they made sure to censor their voices. Even the news of JYJ winning their lawsuit against SM was covered shortly by KBS news only. 5- After Yoochin has messed up big and ruined jyj public image for real back in 2016, hence gave SM the biggest gift they could ever wish some duo stans started spreading some false papers of the lawsuit claiming jyj have never won the lawsuit taking use if the bad situation yoochun has put jyj in, Cjes entertainment have sued those people and they were indeed charged by court for spreading false informations and documents but some SM stans kept spreading those false informations despite knowing they were wrong. 6- one of the positive changes JYJ lawsuit did is that they have improved idols contracts in terms of length and profits, there was also an approved law released in 2015 thanks to them called the JYJ law that forbid companies t blacklist idols as it happened with JYJ ( but sadly that aw isn't that effective since the blacklisting is done under tables) 7- I don't know why you like to pour salt on wounds after 10 years of the lawsuit, not only while knowing all the power abuse SM applied and still apply on JYJ but also kind of siding with them ? All in all I am happy those 3 people fought for their rights and all the idols rights in this industry I'm proud they won despite al the hardships and unfairness they went through.

There is news with yoochun since this video, but at this point I think we should just hope for a 4 member reunion after how much stuff has happened with him. I don't think I care about the meth, because that could just be connected to self harm, addiction or whatever. the fact he did have to pay one of the SA accusers, puts to bed he is not good. At this point, while he is on the streets, lets hope he just lives on a farm not bothering anybody or something.

There is even more to the story and it involves the people around them. What happened was inevitable. Still, even though I think that, I miss their sound as five anyway, if that makes sense.
