I understood it all but that is largely because on a conscious level I was trying not to memorize what was said. Normally when people listen to things they try to remember everything but the conscious mind has a limited buffer for remembering everything. The more you try to constantly record and playback everything in your mind the more data overload you get. The better option is to allow it to stream but dont try to remember it. Try instead to merely comprehend everything that is said and use only memory for references when needed. Do it properly and you should be able to comprehend all of it. Its also how rappers are able to rap this fast.
