if you watch dancer at 14:32 you will notice that fabric has been added to the armpits of the jacket to increase mobility. Without the addition, she would not have enough room either and she would not be able to raise her arms.

I am pretty sure Tina bought a knock off version, Jisoo is most probably wearing the original one made by some fancy designer. And I also think that their stylest does change some elements of the clothes (she made a top out of a pair of pants so...). What I'm trying to say is that they may fit the clothes around her body and changed it when it didn't fit right.
