Jellyfish is known for their actors, but VIXX was their first real try at a boy group. They were very well known for being a concept group. This is actually the company that Kim SeJeong and her group Gugudan was also from and they also had concepts. Most of the members are better known for their acting in tv shows and films and Ken did a lot of Musical Theatre a few years after the group debuted. Shangri-La and Chained Up are also great. But I think their b-sides are where they really experimented and showed off their vocals. I personally love Only U, Hot Enough, and Love Me Do.

I feel like Shangri-La, Scentist, and Chained up would have been better options than Voodoo Doll, Hyde and Fantasy lowkey, but idk.

Eternity is not supposed to be a dance track. It is a sad song that shouldn't make you move, but make you feel moved. It is fine if you don't like it, but that critique that is doesn't make you want to dance just makes no sense with the song's intention.

At the time, it worked extremely well. Tho that may have been more due to their horror MV concepts, live performances, and that several members were very popular actors (thereby drawing more fans to their group). At least one member (I think N) is very popular in musical theater, so there's that lol. I kind of doubt VIXX will ever have a real, full comeback (meaning all 6 with a promoted song), but if they did, I'd be glad to have them as two members had to leave due to garbage reasons. K-Media not reporting all facts as usual and nobody bothers to actually look into anything before vilifying people. They have just as much fun tearing people down as they do worshipping them.

Definitely did them dirty with the song choice. Not upset with the comments. Will always love the group. VIXX was always known more for concepts and performance than for production or vocals, so the comments make sense. Just wish they’d gotten better song representation.

TLDW: They don't like VIXX. They don't like any of the raps, find the vocals lackluster, and find everything bad. They found VIXX quote "horrible" and disappointing. They gave Error a pity score of 7. The other songs were 5 or low 6. They don't want to listen to more VIXX songs. Please respect them and don't request your favorite songs in an attempt to change their mind: they'll just get shit on.

I knew going in, once you didnt like Voodoo doll, it wasnt gonna get better with ViXX. Maybe with newer tracks but they are not gonna be the group for you I figured, haha. As a non-music critiq but a Kpop lover, I love Error so much, idk but I feel the emotions throughout. I feel like it was able to storytell well musically even if it was higher energy chorus.

lol, what do u think kpop is about. especially before - years ago If everything (songs etc.) was the same I would be so f sad Error was literally my anthem back then and one reason for my growing interest in kpop. It was full of emotion. Everything was well done and I watched it repeatedly then. The video, story, music, dancing, acting, everything. The part without singing is also important.. I guess some people just don't understand or see art lol. Also, I don't understand the lack of being able to use ones knowledge of music history and appreciate music of different times and backgrounds - narrow.. whatever lol +I live for drama in music, but I have friends that don't like it.. I will turn it off if there is not enough 'drama' in the sound (there are special chases)
