You know Dreamcatcher has full dance practices for their title tracks if you want to see just the choreo? And self made mv's of some of their songs like Sahara. And solo content, and cover song content....And variety show content...you could react to a video a day and never run out.

Scream was their breakout comeback when all the years of struggle and hard work came together fueled by the improved financial position of their company. It demonstrated what Dreamcatcher were capable of with proper support. Scream was the title track of their first full album and was the second song choreographed by their current Performance Director Huang Sooyeon, the first being Deja Vu. She's a brilliant choreographer and also dances backup when needed as she does in this MV. One of her assistant choreographers also dances wearing a mask. She had to replace Handong who was in China when Covid broke out and was unable to return to Korea for a year. Handong missed Boca, the second song in the trilogy, but returned in time for Odd Eye, the third and final song.

Scream is part 1 of the Dystopia trilogy, which is about cyber-bullying, hateful comments and people losing themselves in the (fake) online world. It is mostly showing the victim's perspective of (cyber)bullying, comparing it to a medieval witch hunt and a burning at the stake. The tree is the tree of language, and it grows black fruit for every hurtful thing people say. Note also the hand gesture, it is the devil's horns introduced by Ronnie James Dio as a symbol for metal, but it originally was a gesture in the middle ages to ward off the evil eye, tying into the witch hunt theme. I really enjoy the music, it's rock mixed with EDM. Dreamcatcher are always very creative, and they are in their own genre by this point.

The order of the videos that have already reacted is: Scream, Boca and Odd Eye. Dreamcatcher usually creates trilogies in their MV's, their concepts and stories are connected. The order of others are: - Chase Me, Good Night, Fly High. - You and I, What, PIRI. - Maison, Vision, Bonvoyage. - OOTD (It is the last MV and I think it will also have a trilogy due to the change in concept it has.) Other recommended ones would be: Breaking Out, Deja Vu, Endless Night, R.o.S.E. BLUE, Sahara, BEcause, Eclipse, Shadow, Break the Wall and Black and White. And their Covers: Lucky Strike, Something, Monster, Secret Love Song, Touch, Really Really, Bang Bang Bang. There is much more I could recommend but I already put in a lot XD

Scream is part 1 of Dystopia Trilogy. Part 2 is Boca and part 3 is Odd Dye. This trilogy is about cyber bullying and online hate. So it is about 🙉🙊🙈. During this era they are very experimental and their bside are very diverse look forward for you guys to react to their bside and be shook.

Dreamcatcher is my favorite girlgroup too, they are so dark and cool. My favorite song of them is, and will probably always be "Deja Vu". It really is a must-see!

For a blend of the rock and the rap I think a good one would be Demian. It is a b-side, so it doesn’t have a full on music video, but it has a dance video (with choreography by Sua).

Check out their B-side "Rising" for a nice rock/rap part. "Propose" may be another good one.

great reaction :) you should definitely react to some of their dance practices! they also do these performance clips where they’ll have a set and choreography for bsides songs that are honestly just as great as their title tracks, i recommend the special clip/dance video of Shatter from their latest album 🙏 it’s not as rock heavy as some of their other songs but it’s still dark and interesting + i think it’d be nice for you to see their range !

Classic era Dreamcatcher. Note: I believe that all Dreamcatcher vocalists are in a low range, alto or second alto. I've never heard a female kpop group that even comes near DCs musicality or intensity. Totally creative, smart, and unique.

*rapper. And yeah, I was really surprised about that. Dami is also the groups hand model. Whenever you see a lone hand in a DC video, it's usually Dami's.

I am not a fan of Kpop but Dreamcatcher is a group that I like very much, I mean, you listen their music and, at the same time, you can identify the music as Kpop but also sounds very different of almost all the others kpop groups (all female or male, it doesn't matter). Then I found that some of the girls also like Babymetal and even there's clips when they sing some BM songs and just for that, I became even more fan.

There's usually a lot of story, imagery, and messaging that takes center stage for Dreamcatcher MVs (most are a part of storylines or series), so the choreography is not very prevalent in the MVs. If you're interested in the choreo (which you should be, it's always cool as hell), I recommend their dance video versions of the MVs or their dance practices 😊

Great reaction! Addressing the point you made in the song I think it is true that for most of their songs, the rap part is separated/its own unique part instead of a connection placed with a purpose. Songs in which this was more the case include "Break the Wall", "Demian", "Reason", "Fairytale" and "Piri" to name a few. I myself do not really mind it when the rap part are separated but do love it when they really connect parts of the song, so I do certainly understand where you are coming from.

Their lyrics can be expressed in a poetic cryptic way, so for me, if I'm ever questioning what the song is about, Dami's rap will always give the clue Ugh can't wait til you guys discover the Apocolypse Trilogy talking about the end of the world MAISON, *VISION*, BONVOYAGE

Thanks for checking out more Dreamcatcher! It's great seeing how much you've enjoyed their Dystopia trilogy. I would recommend going back to their debut and just working your way forward. Their debut song is Chase Me, followed by Good Night and Fly High, which is a prequel to chase me. I also recommend hitting up their albums or at least some b-sides. They've got an excellent discography and it's extremely diverse. Also, a large portion of their B-Sides have special clips, which are performance or dance videos. Enjoy!

dreamcatcher \:D/ scream is actually addressing online hate/bullying. there's a visual theme of witch hunt and coded imagery to suggest it's about the online world despite having a seemingly medieval. the dystopia trilogy you checked out is targeting the internet/social media and its 'dystopian' nature. musically, it's also the least rock and a lot more electronic to go with the theme of online. dreamcatcher has songs that uses all genres and its main rapper dami changes her style in each to fit the song so it's almost never the same as with dreamcatcher songs in general. if you want more of a rock song, try 'break the wall' (live showcase with eng lyrics video), or just go on to the next trilogy apocalypse with 'maison', 'vision', and 'bon voyage'

DREAMCATCHER is considered the evil sisters of the girl group GFRIEND. If you like high notes you need to react to GFRIEND which has the best high notes in kpop. The first trilogy is made up of the songs Glass Bead, Me Gustas Tu and Rough. GFRIEND won more than 70 awards on music shows for the quality and popularity of their songs and the group's members.
