This is the PINK side of BLACKPINK and it’s nice to see it again after “As If Your Last”. The song is super catchy and I love Lisa’s rap too! As you said BLACKPINK is their own brand just like BIGBANG even when they both belong to YGE. I’m glad that BLACKPINK, a Kpop girl group, is achieving great success internationally (western and eastern markets). Fun fact: Selena partnered up with the ice cream brand Serendipity and launch an ice cream flavor inspired on BLACKPINK. I agree. I just said this to my friend when we were talking about Ice Cream awhile ago. (Excuse Me for dragging another artist) but this kind of Pink concept is not like a Twice cutesy concept, they have their own pink concept that you still could see them as Blackpink even though it is different from their past songs which is charismatic. This is why I said Blackpink is a brand on their own they have their own color that goes well with them, be it Black or Pink, whatever it may be it is still Blackpink and I salute them for that. It is hard to differentiate your group these days, I mean there are hundreds of groups but there are only some that are active and only a few that is famous and to be a group like this, wow! I think they found their own color during Ddu Du Ddu Du era

Thank you for the positive feedback! Pandemic is a reason why they have to shoot the MV separately. But I’m glad they always communicate via FaceTime and it’s still turn out great. The effort they bring in together is amazing. This song is focus more on American market. That’s why we feels the music more to foreign compare to K-pop but Lisa rap in Korean a bit is fantastic. They do different concept this time & they did very well.
