EXO-K - Overdose sample "Earthquake" by Labrinth feat Tinie Tempah
@blairwrelos18918 ай бұрын
The after like sample is Originally from "I will Survive". But for IVE's song, they sampled from "Supreme" by Robbie Williams. If you hear the strings, the tone of strings is exactly the same. Also you can actually hear the first word by the supreme singer after the sample too😂. Don't know how they missed it but it just always piqued my ears and I can't unhear it. 😅

Just because the songs were recorded by black performers doesn't mean they were actually written by black songwriters. Certainly, some black writers were involved in a lot of those songs, but there are people of all ethnicities, including white and Asians, that are writing the music behind the scenes of ALL performers. Look at the writing credits for any track performed by any popular black artist, and you're going to see an entire novel's worth of names, and not all of them are black. Furthermore, in none of the songs in this video, save for Ive's After Like, is the interpolated piece even close to being a prominent part of the song. Most of the songs could have done without the interpolation.
