Great job KPRC on these 3 segments focusing on the Goines case. Been following it and I don't even live in Texas. But I wish our news stations and journalists in Florida what showcase important cases to our community like you guys did keep it up.

I would ask this panel What if it was YOUR house the police illegally raided, would you defend your home or just assume its the cops? IMO anything that happens to the cops afterwards doesnt matter, you were there illegal whether you "knew" or not. That was the worse defense they could have possibly came up with. Blame it on the innocent victims. Okay....

Everyone approved a no knock warrant in a 2A state should be in prison. Acevetos was always against citizens owning guns. There were numerous KZbin videos on his statements against gun ownership but are taken down

It doesn’t seem like the defense has a very good case at all. Goines committed a crime to initiate the warrant and that crime was compounded when two innocent lives were taken along with their dog, not to mention the 4 injured officers. The but-for is strong in this one.

They keep saying that this is not a normal case or charge for this kind of case, but if someone is in another car or a passenger of a vehicle that is racing and there is an accident with a death of an innocent party than that person is also able to be convicted on murder charges. The same can be said for anyone committing a felony in connection of a crime but not committing the direct action that causes a death. This is not that far fetched. In fact we have a murder case right now with the illegals who murdered Jocelyn Nungaray. Should they not both be charged with murder?
