Yes..this is non dairy whipping cream especially for cakes..it won't melt easily

Hi da, ithu non dairy whipping cream aano, Soybased? Dairy based cream ithupole pattumo because usually dairy cream beater vechu whip chaiyumpo, whipping kurache onnu koodiya split aayi butter aakarunde.

Use cheyyunnathinu 2 to 3 hrs munne or overnight fridge il vechal mathi(from freezer to fridge)..appol soft aakum..then take the cream u need,,cover properly and keep it back in freezer

It won't work soumia... heavy whipping cream that we get in US is dairy based cream...it won't form stiff peaks like this
