So what's the best current build for arti? I still use the one without air raid and i am wondering if using air raid is better now

Air raid is overall good for dmg even before this buff but agam busses a lot he needed more utility so he uses phb. I play this build now without EF so far its good interms of everything but no shield so need to be careful 1-3 thaemine hard no EF very goodif your raid knowledge is good
