I just came across the channel and have been binge watching. What astounds me is the personal attention each person gets. Yeah, it might be a little more work, and not quite as efficient as creating an assembly line and having everything precooked. But for people who don't get the attention they need from the rest of society; this has to make them feel at least a little better for a moment. The made to order pancakes, freshly cooked, by a real person in front of them, with their choice of batter and toppings is more positive attention than most of them get in a month. It shows they are worth the time and energy and that they are worth something special, something made for them, the way they want it. It's not just a brown paper bag lunch. I could go on and on, but the people who watch this, and comment already know...I'm not saying anything new, but want to say something. Maybe, you have just lit the fire in me to improve my situation so that I can be of service to people again. God Bless You, Dennis, and to all those who watch and support this channel.
