I am 71 years young and have been a cook all my life. I bought my first business at 19. It was a old fashion diner open from <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="360">6:00</a>AM until <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="540">9:00</a>PM 7 days a week. Mostly home cooked meals. I love cooking in bulk. I must say I am impressed with your cooking skills. You do a great job. I’m in the Boston area but sure wish I was near you to come and help you cook for a day. also homelessness takes alot of energy, imagine not being able to shower for months, sleeping and getting cockroaches, rats, ants, all over your body, people hate you because you smell, not to mention you cant move forward in life because employers wont hire you. it is an absolute cruel world. they are unable to say thank you (edit: even if they are thankful), they dont even want to live in the first place, suicidal, depression, heavy drug use, if you want people to say thank you and have manners go elsewhere where people aint killing themselves/each other. yeah the meals are a God send, but just like a sinking boat without patched holes, just like a frog being in a pot of water until he's gradually boiled alive, being in a state where nothing at all can help you, you might as well feed dead people. liveless as a human can be. bottom of the bottom.

Just so you are aware, the word "BUFFET" is pronounced Boo-Fay (more common in France) OR Buff-ay (more common in America) 😊 Love how you put a photo and name of what you served, on the front of each buffet tray ! (The T in the word Buffet is silent, it is pronounced Buffea) You are young and intelligent with a big heart, and you work very hard and learn from your mistakes!
