Durian in Thailand is different from Malaysia, they are less creamy, less sweet and sometimes a bit hard rather than melt in your mouth😅. Catfish is freshwater fish, it doesn't have the fishy taste / aroma. It's more flexible to keep, cook and sell, compare to saltwater fish.
