KRAIT Phantom AX build and test

I love the Phantom! In fact, I killed my first interceptor with a Mod Shard Phantom.

I've been flying Phantom almost exclusively for almost all tasks including combat for many hours now--although not for a lot of AX combat, though my first, and for now only, two Cyclops kills were in my Phantom. Around a surface port which made things easier, but still. The thing with Phantom is, it has outstanding maneuverability if, and only if, you keep it in the blue zone or boost. In that it's somewhat similar to Fer-de-Lance and quite unforgiving. If you can work around the quirks and keep in the sweetspot, it's an absolute blast; if not, an endless frustration :) Second fastest medium ship, huge fuel tank for range and plasma slug railguns/PA-s, great vertical gun convergence and totally ridiculous power distro-to-hardpoints ratio make for a very interesting, albeit often overlooked, combat vessel.
