It's actually much worse than this. I got a gold medal by shooting at literally the first guy I noticed from the first starting point seconds after I first entered the map. Very lame, and this is the second time they've done this, after shooting a dude on that bridge in the other DLC. I guess the lighthouse is the longer shot, but still.....

Yup exact same for me. First shot of the level. Saw the sniper glint, shot him, gold medal. Lame.

Yeah, same with Rough Landing. We should have to hunt for these long shots.

I noticed on some missions that the medal distances for authentic were longer than for sniper elite, which seems backwards to me. The red diamond makes getting the gold a joke. Is that the case here? If not, then just start the mission and walk forward till you can see the ship and cap the sniper. Gold medal in 15 seconds. But the long shot I found is 969m, from the bow of the ship to the lighthouse guy.

You can also shoot a sniper on top of the aircraft carrier from the mission spawn, and get gold medal

Yup 978m is my best on this mission so far.

@@BrutalBarracuda I mean get a medal for more lazy people, like, you don't have to walk through half of map and take a 900-600meters shoot to guy on top of this tower but you can actually take a ~450 meters shoot from spawn to the sniper on aircraft. However if we in this topic, mine farest is 915 ;).

I can't see where you are standing on the map, you are on the tower but where on the map ?

You can go over to the far right of the map and do this shot at 700yards.

One thing I must sadly say. The enemy descriptions are lazy. SOME OF THEM ARE EVEN RE-USED! Why must they do this to us? Other than that. AMAZING MAP DESIGN!
