when Smolder was being too OP in high elo they nerfed the things that made him good there but buffed other parts of his kit so he wouldn't be completely useless. Why can't they do the same with Briar that is too OP in low elo? Instead is just raw nerf after raw nerf in her kit and her items. Why don't just buff her ult since low elo players can't hit it?

Bc real skill expression is extremely limited, if not impossible, due to her mechanics. She cant dodge and her only outplay tool is a short dash and if u use it for an outplay u cant use the armor shred. The most amount of skill expression u can show is is not intinh

They should make Briar untargetable in start of her ult animation for better melee ults, she gets obliterated in that long ass animation. Also, being able to parry that ult is insanely unfair, it's like the most telegraphed ability in the game. If they want to keep her weak at least remove some of her counterplay.

Maybe not untargetable, but they could add a damage reduction similar to k'sante or irelia w. She would be killable, but not that easily
