Cannabis(real, with THC) is actually not legal in Poland. What you saw was CBD, free of THC(psychoactive substance which makes you high)

Nice city, much to see here and therefore, just an idea: Maybe show more of the real city and skip the selfies? Nothing personal, but in general I guess people are more interested in the actual place than tourists filming themselves. Good luck!
