Kral Empire X - Initial pellet tests after tuning

Here's the initial pellet test after the Robert Lane regulator fitment and tune of the rifle. I was having problems with loading issues at the range, not realising until after the shoot that a screw had come out of the loading linkage, causing magazine / probe issues during shooting. Even so, it showed great promise with the H&N Field Target Trophy pellets that gave 5 pellets out of 14 go through the same hole. Some of the flyers were probably caused by damage to the pellets, due to the linkage issues. The rifle is now complete, and just needs to settle in. It should give enough shots per charge for a tin of pellets before charging again, so a great value rifle and tune project.

Hi Mark, the side lever seems really stiff. Now I know where the saying “you’ve got a screw loose” comes from 😂 Informative video as always. That guys comment about your shooting earlier was out of order. Keep up the good work 👍😎

All part of the tune. There's always something that can upset the apple art. I was a bit rushed with this video, so should have spotted the missing screw. I will get it sorted out over the next week and we'll see how much better it wlii be.

Looks very much like your gonna have to do that test again with the " fixed " cocking lever / probe screw thing .. the comparison will be interesting ..

Yes Mark, one of the frustrating parts of a retune. This all fell down to one screw falling out. The next time you see the rifle it should work as it should. I've been so busy recently that this one was probably a little rushed.

The issues you had there with the cocking lever and problems loading surly instead of trying to force it wouldn’t you have been better off taking the time to stop and check it? You after all did move the cocking lever from the right side to the left so if anything that’s on you not really much to do with kral!

Had to take should off as well then fitted silencer then OK had it 2weeks then sold it very heavy gun

Must admit the Kral mags are rubbish , I got from JCE a couple of 3 d mags and a single shot and they are a lot better and easier to use 👍

I got JCE mags for my Reximex. Much better than standard 👍

No, this one's pretty well made. The screw had been removed while changing the lever over. I should have put locktite on the screw. Because I hadn't realised that it had fell out, I thought it was the magazine playing up, when the missing screw was causing the probe to miss align. The barrels on the Krals have really improved and once cleaned seem really accurate. Great Value for what they cost for someone just getting into shooting.

Totally disagree HW100 Hunter on that as i have rifles double the price of that rifle and had problems with it and i have kral np-02 which i use more than any of my other so called top end rifles and it shoots a dream straight of the box. Like Mark said he had the gun in bits so not the fault of the gun unfortunately a hiccup happened putting it back together which happens to us at times. Great video Mark keep up the awesome work.👍👍
