Love the concept, some things to note about Kratos speech pattern is he speaks in a Laconic style. Fewer words, Greater Impact.

kratos seems like the kind of person to understand anger management

It's makes sense Kratos would give advice this good considering his backstory

It feels as though the information given was repeating itself, but maybe it's because the information itself bears repeating.

I never would've thought that Kratos would be able to become a symbol of justice and hope.

Can we get one of these where Master Chief or Kratos is a flight attendant going over safety procedures?

He’s being a bit too fast for Kratos and sounds a bit too high.

I had a two car accidents under six months, caused by careless people who were in the wrong. I used my anger and bitterness for the worst and channeled it to my family and those who hold dear to my life. I deeply regret my actions.

Another thing I learned (not from Kratos): One who fears nothing is not brave nor courageous, but foolish. True fearlessness is recognizing your fear and moving forward nonetheless.

I have been dealing with anger issues recently and clicked this video thinking it wouldn't help as Kratos is a fictional character

I got angry with coworkers today, and long ago had real anger issues. Listening through this helped me realized I actually handle my anger well. While I do suppress it in ways, I don't allow it to make me lash out at others or control me. Most times that I am angry anymore is because I'll be working getting the same pay as coworkers who stand around and talk, they've caught on to my visible tunnel vision anger, but I only work harder while I am angry at what I am working on. Today it made me happy because one of them noticed and actually came to help, figuring out a way to make it faster for us to do the work together. I'm thankful for the coworkers I have even if I sometimes wish it were 4 of me doing the work instead.
