Upper body is my strength, i got bad knees so i am very careful, Ive been through alot. if i do get attacked, i don't care even if i am using my canes i will walk without my cane stand in pain n protect myself and anyone who is with me. i recommended your channel to a few of my american friends. For starters, this is BEGINNER with no personal, in-person trainer, Italian Insomniac. Second, there are more vids. Oh, and I used a chair because my punching bag was deflated :D Now I know both MMA, a little kickboxing, and some Krav Maga. I'm gold! No man'll attack me, no sir e!

hey krav maga girl.. :) .. i wanted to ask you something.. when you are slapping someone aren't you suppose to target her HEAD? so that if she misses a block, your hand will touch her head. no not with power , just to make sure that she understands how its gonna be in reality.. n this is very effective. and yes, keep up the good work.

I am 48 years old. My greatest self-defense issue is to fight ageing ( and to reverse it ; which is impossible for 99.99 percent of people and mainstream science ). What do you think of it ?? Do you want to grow old ?? If not , how would you fight ageing ??

People, do you really believe that you are able to defend yourself without taking a punch to the forearm? Find a nice combat sports gym and get in.

This is horrible. A complete beginner at their second boxing class would work those focus mitts better. And what about the foot work? All fights involve movement, to achieve a better position to strike and to make oneself more difficult to reach. Working mitts by standing still in front of the pad holder is a terrible and dangerous habit.

Italian Insomniac krav maga is not a sport, it has positions of hands and feet different from boxing, it is hit differently, the individual does not have his hands protected with bandages or gloves like a boxer, he is a common person who goes out with his hands uncovered. Adopt habitual ways of standing. Krav Maga tries to recreate everyday situations, when you are surprised by the bus or the street. You do not have any protection except your arms and legs.
