I know a little bit of law, and i can tell that technically, Oreo is the one with the rights of purple IF any fan arts came before his model, In the case that happened, Rainbow Friends should pay for the design. For example: Anyone remembers the Black Hand guy from Poppy Playtime? That character hasn't showed his apperance yet, in the case that his design is based off a fan art, Mob enterainment should ask for permission to add that design to the artist, Paying Money or just taking the permission (With credits in the end)

Yes but the developers didnt use Oreos purple in the game. In the game you can jsut see purples eyes and hands, but! Stealing someone’s thing. Doesn’t matter of fan art wrote it or not. Oreo came up with the idea, and Roy and Charcle steals it and collaborates with the company Phatmojo. But in the game purple isn’t shown, so I think it’s a tie. Your opinions?👇
