In Look 4, size up on the Steve Madden Kathleen boot. I wear a size 6 and had to purchase size 7. Go up 2 sizes if you have an average calf muscle (I have a slim lower leg).

My button down is from H&M. I have 2 different styled. Have had for at least 4-5 years. Dry cleaning keeps them crisp. 4 pairs of cargo’s.
