Madikeri which is the District Headquarters, also comes in Northern part of Kodagu (Coorg) At present there are 5 Taluks in Kodagu (Coorg) District. 1. Madikeri Taluk (North Kodagu) 2. Virajpet Taluk (South Kodagu) 3. Somwarpet Taluk (North Kodagu) 4. Ponnampet Taluk (South Kodagu) 5. Kushalnagar Taluk (North Kodagu) In terms of Total Geographical Area, Ponnampet Taluk is the Largest Taluk in Kodagu District and Madikeri Taluk is the Smallest Taluk in Kodagu District.

Krupal youve to visit the maddur side as there are places like gaganachuki barachukki falls. Further you can explore the male mahadeshwara hills and the dimbam ghats... youve not yet covered the bandipur national park. Ps if you cover the dimbam ghats you can get some interesting stories on veerappan 😂😅

Awsome. Two things i wanted to ask you Kripal, Can Jimny be bought as ONLY Car for the Family of 2 Adults?. Does it give confidence to drive on Highways ( 80-90kmph speed only, im not a Fast driver), as I have seen your earlier Video on Hosur highway in which you mentioned that the Jimny is shaking a bit due to wind thrust from Passing Big Trucks. What do you think , Kindly advise if it can be bought as a ONLY Car for long term retention.

The Highway will be extended with a four lane highway from mysuru via madikeri all the way till Bantwal .Mysuru Railway station will be expanded with three extra platforms and the rail line will be laid all the way till Kushalnagar.
