More to that, the skills have very interesting twists, triggering each other, making heal shield and so on. There are many sinergies. I think it's hard to tinker with as a developer to not make it become constant split second fights after day 9.

Yeah I basically played a Puffer Fish build with Dooley earlier. I found a Toxic Micro Dave and managed to get it charging insanely fast with 7 small items and a Fiber Optics. Was such an insane build. Just racking up crazy high burn and poison.

Oh cool lol he pulled up my video on reddit haha. After testing burn puffer infinite, the internal cooldown fixes itself if more than 1 instance of haste is in queue. In Kripp's case, the holster was introduced a bunch of haste and essentially the puffer fixed itself before it could be broken. Since Kripp has the haste 1 aquatic item at start of battle (silver), even with a bunch of aquatics, its fine, however if it was golden or diamond and hasted 2 or 3, it would not have worked as well. Introducing an extra haste (like when trebuchet goes off and throws another burn which hastes,) doesn't always fix the internal cooldown, but sometimes it does. I do not know but from getting burn puffer the few times, it seems to be dependent on when the extra haste goes off. At a minimal setup, trebuchet is likely the thing going off and giving the extra haste, I have tested 7.5s cooldown and 7.2s cooldown and it does seem allow the puffer to remain broken even when it goes off, but if opponent has a slow it might throw off the timing and fix the puffer. In an ideal situation, opponent would freeze your trebuchet and your puffer will remain broken assuming you have no other item that can produce another haste. Just an FYI, this still works in current patch, so have fun if you want to give it a go. Sick burn skill also works (When you poison, Burn). It is a gold skill so probably can try fish it out as early as day 5, or through gold skill shop. Burn and poison skill shops will have them as well. Good luck.

Similar thing with throwing knives and flash reload shenanigans. Having more than just the knives + repeater actually can break the combo and they will run out of ammo, even with 100% crit.

Burning and poison ticks dont crit, when an item that applies burning or poisom crits it applies double the amount. So "not critting on application" is literally just incorrect.

Karl have similar infinite loops, when he have enchantments. I believe it was without a cooldown. Did it once with burning Karl and a skill that give haste on burn, and once with shield Karl and an item that get hasted on shield. Then got skills that give haste/shield on start of combat to trigger it immediately.
