I had one as ETC, got two Pyramad's buddies that are neutrals that get all the health other minions get in combat. The wildest game I've ever played.

I have had that with a Demon setup but it was 3 golden Wrathweavers and 2 Soulrewinders and a Tichondrius. It was kinda funny but it took ages to play any demons

It really highlights the make or break nature of getting the right trinkets though. I’ve hit turn 9 with 7 neutrals on board and not received the anvil. It’s very frustrating

@@Jacob-gj8ef Maybe those days aren't over, perhaps battlegrounds is just way too hard to snipe in, since the only advantage you get is minion placement.

double anvil with the rakanishu buddy, drakkari enchanter, brann, elise and the faceless that scales with tavern spells is my best shot at this trinket. idk what would be the best hero but cariel or tamsin sound good

yeah could probably come back. he came out when it was "crazy" to have something with 100/100 after 12 turns. We had poison instead of toxic, which made Tirion so strong back then. Now it would be way too weak. But a hero going tribeless would be nice. Just having the option to play something that is mostly uncontested would increase the health of the game.

21:27 you’re not getting the ghost because of the hero you have, I’m 100% convinced about that. Imho some heroes are hardcoded to avoid the ghost matchups as much as „RNG“ will permit it. And I’ve seen this a lot with low armour heroes

The same thing happens with the Bronze Timepiece and Undeads. Bronze Timepiece sets the stats of your minions to the higher between Attack and Hp, but since the undead attack increase is an aura, they basically double dip. Its funny to see when you reach +100 attack and all your initial minions gain an extra 100/100 on turn start

I'ts insane when you get it doubled. Also when Murlocs are in you can make a funny taunt build with Drakkari/Brann and the 4 star give taunt and 2/3 battlecry dude.

That build reminds me of the waaaay back challange with friendly loobies with subs only and extra rules: The one I am remembering is only one minion per type and that build holds up with one amalgam and no other type most of the time

Dalaran Cheese Wheel has GOT to be completely unusable trash now. Just the time it takes to reroll that many times, if you had infinite gold, would make it mediocre. Damn, I want to see the double Greater treasure for the first offer, and then the Anvil for the second one. 9 times the stats at start of combat!

Best Anvil build is with Young Murkeye using the card that gives taunt and buffs taunted minions.

i think it's setting the base stats of fungus to triple of it's buffed stats, then re adding the buff on top

I think that the "significant number of non-tribe builds" is a lie. Or not working properly. Today i had a game where on round 9 I had 6 murlocs, plus one blaster because I was getting destroyed by beasts, and for some reason I was offered it with no discount. It was annoying.

its so nice to see kripp beating all those bastards playing the damn mech and always picking that power. This meta for me is really the worst of all, summoning a million things is just so incredibly boring to play against and this meta has too many "assemble-builds" that win you the game outright just for luckily rolling in to them. Doublestandards, first the remove kadgar because nobody wanted these scam-pirates anymore, now its ok for 3 assemble token-based strats to exist.
