He likes to educate. He never said he would be using cleave or beasts, just that it was a good idea. Also this game really highlighted the hero power in the early and mid game. He saved like 15 hp in the early turns solely because of the new buff.

Why not sell 1 Chargla to place Maexxna, then attack with Macaw and Chargla left and right? Macaw even survives and might get to attack again. You know your stats are enough for all his minions but the champion of Y'Shaarj and a d-shield Maexxna placed second last could just be what saves you against that.

he won the first 2 fights while he would have lost then without the +2 Attack so he saved 5 HP there. That's already a significant buff and don't forget that it helped in the other fights as well, in Turn 9 he killed the Sensei and Golem just because of the extra attack. Without the +2 Attack he would have died Turn 9 which is why Illidan was terrible before and now has a good chance of staying alive long enough.

@@pattn3285 I think I've seen this due to deathrattles. Can't remember if it still attacked, but it didn't change which minion was chosen. Meaning it won't change if the hero powers actually resolve simultaneously, but I can't say for sure if they resolve consecutively.
