Tried putting a Shredder in my Tempo Mage deck and it didn't do much of anything. Then I replaced it with this guy, and he single-handedly won me so many games and helped me reach rank 4. Great card!

In that last game, I probably would have played the Trogg on the turn I smashed the two yetis into the Ironwood. He got two parts, so it is pretty natural that he is going to cast several spells. It also conveniently would have let you Mirror the next ironwood, assuming he played the same despite the secret.

i made a pretty fun trogg deck with these. basically all the troggs, loatheb, king mukla, counter spells, spellbenders, mech yetis, these guys and stuff that can't be targeted like arcane nullifiers and spec knights. basically you just try to fill their hand with useless spells while freely using your own. kinda like control for spells. it ain't top tier but it's a lot of fun when it works and you don't give them a twisting nether or something

Hi Kripp, I'd like to react to your opignon ! I love when my opponent play that card ! And I ALWAYS play control decks.So why is that ? Because as a control deck, I love to have the more options. I think saying that giving a random spell to each player is always better for the one with lesser cards isn't entierly true. In fact, sometimes it allows me to save a better removal, or it simply allow me to play something as my hand is sometime too heavy. Plus sometimes that random spell is only good if you have something that go with it : Shiv's much better when you can execute along with it. By the way, talking about random cards, I've come to put 2 copy of Grand crusader and Nexus-champion saraad in almost all of my decks. First because it's fun, but mostly for the same reasons listed above. Just a good drop that takes a removal and give me another card. Always gives me the edge on others control decks.

I had an arena run with 5 (!) spellslingers. It was a literally unplayable deck, I went like 3-3 and cards I gave my opponent included stuff like pyroblast for exact lethal, flame strike for a gamewinning board clear etc. wasn't fun at all.

That spawned bluegill, I just checked the stream history + the chat history addon, it was too ridiculous - chat goes slow, then the murloc hits the board and the spamming begins, charger spawns and chat got destroyed :D

I ones used it in a arena and it played out like this: I have a duplicate and played spellslinger and it gave me a deadly poison. It gets duplicated and i play it again and get another two deadly poisons.

What would you guys think about a format where instead of picking one out of three cards 30 times, the game showed you 90 cards all at once and asked you to pick 30? Then if the tools are there for Dragon Paladin you can draft it, or if you get the right spells you can put together a combo rogue. The same cards are available but you have enough information to make picks you otherwise wouldn't.

I drafted two Spellslingers in my last Arena run. My opponent got Twisting Nether and killed 4 my minions. I still won that game. I think that game convinced me that Spellslinger is a good card.
