I really love your investigation series, and there are always interesting artists and conversations like Kris Davis here! Have you ever thought about investigating the Belgian pianist Seppe Gebruers? I recently discovered his music on youtube and was blown away. He plays two pianos that are tuned a quarter-tone apart, and he approaches standards in a very original and alienating way. It was the first time I really heard someone improvising in and with quarter-tone harmony. In any case, thank you for all these fruitful conversations. the best, John
