Kris was a song writer who was having trouble selling his songs, so he decided to record them himself. We are glad he did. Because we not only got to hear his songs, we got to hear his gentle, haunting voice.😊❤

I loved Kris Kristofferson since I was a youngster in the late 60s. A wonderful song writer and I loved his voice. Kristofferson critics on his voice. I'll never understand.

Please do a video on a song called “You Got Me Hummin “, by a band called Cold Blood. I would recommend the album version, it was released in about 1970 and the singer will amaze you!

So sad to hear of Kris Kristofferson passing away recently. He was a great singer songwriter & actor. He wrote numerous songs for himself & others. Most famously "Me & Bobby McGee" which was a big hit for Janis Joplin. In 1985, Kristofferson joined fellow country artists Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson & Johnny Cash in forming the country music supergroup "The Highwaymen". They were known as part of the outlaw country movement. Kris also starred with Barbra Streisand in "A Star Is Born" in 1976.
