I don’t know if it’s compatible with a PA 500 but please look at your manual to find out the right specifications for the SD card

256Gb sd card doesnt work,i tried every way thinkable,even deleting the volume,doesnt work,period,i think that 64Gb,or maybe 128Gb might be the max that you can use,sadely,it is not mentioned in the manual,and as i know FAT32 can only be formatted to show only 2Gb,this doesnt work either

I have a pa 600 QT I tried a 32 GB . And I did it just like you did it in the video, but it doesn't tell me or show me SD card when I turn the value wheel , it's just saying Disk. Is there another way to do it or no. Need help. Thanks

When I formatted it said "Access Denied" I am using a 256Gb microSD. I am thinking there is a size limit, but I have looked and looked and I cannot find any information anywhere on this. Anyone?

That’s too high of a capacity you have to use a lower capacity like 64 or 128

@@KMNKeyboardVault Actually I have just installed 512 MicrSD card into Pa1000, and it works. But when I tried to Format on the Pa1000 I got the "Access Denied" error. So, then I formatted it on my PC FAT32 and Pa1000 recognised it.All good now!

I'm using OS 1.4 in an empty position, I haven't loaded the sampling if I turn on the normal normal keyboard... after i load addon ver. 1.5 when it's on, there's a CANEL AND RETRY message... Can this SD memory be assign to be your default folder to store your User Internal PCM samples? Or what is the cause of installing one of these memories in them, will it just be an external drive? just like the USB’s? do I explain myself? 😂

It is like an extended internal, non-volatile, memory (but removable). The USB port on top allows you to store sounds, settings, and arrangements to a USB Drive.

@@BradfordGuy the only thing internal about it is that you open the panel and install it With pa 1000 having two usb slots what’s the purpose of opening the back panel And no it’s not internal memory it’s still external memory just like a usb It does not support the purpose of expanding internal memory
