Madaanan nyo nga lahat ng mall sa Alabang Zapote Road kasi mali dinaanan nyo. Di dapat sa Alabang (via SLEX) dumaan kundi sa Coastal Road kung sa part na yan ng Las Pinas pupunta.

mali ka Darla.. Mas mahal ang lupa sa las pinas compare to Fairview or any residential in QC.. nalalayuan kayo kasi taga QC kayo. the feeling is mutual. mga mayayaman na kaya sa las pinas.. all the famous and international fast food and restaurants and coffee shops ay nandon. there are three SM. Robinsons , starmall.. etc.. pizza hut shakeys starbucks yellow cab Max's 22nd street Gerry's grill.. etc.. I was shocked when I came back from Qatar.. all that are in alabang-zapote rd.. grabe. ang ganda ng las pinas.. take note.. tagaytay, Laguna, baler, Batangas..las pinas is the get way.. plus.. MOA baclaran church star city city of dreams aseana park is very close. perfect location ang las pinas to enjoy day and night life.. and out of towns..

Las Piñas my hometown...I was born and grow up in Talon. I studied and finished my schooling in Las Piñas. At age 23 I went abroad....after long 10 years I came back.....wow!!!! A big difference....I ❤ Las Piñas....I shall return!!!

RamIak : you must be misinformed , why were you saying na any residential place in QC ? Excuse me ... paano na ang Ayala QC, La Vista, Green Meadows, Loyola Grand Villas ? Magresearch ka muna ha bago ka magcomment. Parang ang dami mong alam hmph ... check at google mo kung magkano price ng mga lote diyan per square meter

Research ka po muna bago mag comment ang laki ng price difference ng lupa sa QC compare sa las piñas. Baka bumalik ka ng Qatar pag nalaman mong mas mahal pa sa buhay mo mga lupa sa QC.

@@martyr3498 Tama sya, mas mahal siguro properties sa QC pero bad fengsui for business. no major rivers or flowing bodies of water runs thru it. dyan masuwerte ang Southern district of Metro Manila along Pasig river, Laguna de Bay especially Manila Bay. tignan mu na lng rising developments. Coz its in the Gateway of North & South.
