ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ವಾದ ನಿಲ್ಲೋದಿಲ್ಲ ಸಾರ್. ದೂರು ನೀಡಿರುವವರು ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿದಿರುವವರು. ಇಷ್ಟು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ತಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವಿರುದ್ಧವೇ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಯಾಕೆ ಪರ್ಮಿಶನ್ ಕೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ? ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ತನಿಖೆಗೆ ಪರ್ಮಿಶನ್ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಆದರೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಯಾರು ಬೇಕಾದ್ರೂ ಕೇಳಬಹುದು. ತಪ್ಪು ಅರ್ಥ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಮುಖಭಂಗ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

What Mr.Krishna Byregowda is trying to interprit is applicable to Public servant as per KCSR only.But a CM is not comming under the provisions of this Act. To be more spevific politicians enquiry is to be based on Acts meant for elected persons of Vidhana sabhe/Lokasabhe as a matter of fact.
