Perhaps KD would suggest you to be just yourself? At your place. There is no escape from being ourselves. And thats what is practice for, imho - to find a way to reconnect with yourself, and with the Self, God, Love, call it what you want, its all one. And to release all me me me and how I should be someone else or somewhere else. But I think I understand you, man...I deal with these issues too, its a lot of work. Some things happened because of karma. No one can pray and heal for you. Try hearing some mantras, kirtans, breathing exercise yoga. Increase positive energy and have faith for the tide to turn. The chances you will get cured will be very high then.
