Sannyasa The Final Vow - HH Krishna Kshetra Swami

A short documentary about the significance of taking Sannyas Vow in Vaishnava Tradition explained by the prominent spiritual leaders of ISKCON. The documentary focuses on the inner journey of HH Krishna Kshetra Swami when he decides to take Sannyasa Initiation which will be his final vow. Made by Gour Govinda das and Suravarya das with the guidance of HH Sacinandana Swami and HH Krishna Kshetra Swami.
The movie is dedicated to His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada the Founder-acarya of ISKCON.

Rob B We do not have any kind of evidence for Krishna's existense. I know about Srimad-Bhagavatam but S-B contains many many errors. It is not a reliable source of information. According to S-B our universe is half full of water, the Sun is closer to the Earth than the Moon, the eclipses of the Sun and the Moon are caused by the attacks of a demon called Rahu, all the stars in the universe circle the Pole Star, there is only one sun in the whole universe. According to S-B stars are not selfilluminating. All the stars in the universe reflect the light that comes from the Sun. The 5th book of S-B mentions all the planets in our solar system which are visible to the naked eye. S-B does not mention Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. It is easy to understand why. You would need a telescope to see those planets. S-B teaches that the diameter of our universe is 6.4 billion kilometers. That would be a very small universe. Our own solar system is bigger. S-B is totally speculative.

Unfortunately, the ISKCON sannyasis only function within the confines of the ISKCON social circle. Many of these people do not associate with other sannyasis outside of ISKCON. So their perspective is limited to what they have learned from a limited association with A.C.Bhaktivedanta Swami Maharaja. They are forbidden to associate with other Gaudiya Vaishnavas. Many of these other sannyasis are better equipt to educate these neophytes. It is amazing that he presents Sachinandana Swami as his mentor. What does a sannyasi who has a female associate who travels with him know anything about being a sannyasi? You can see the lack of knowledge about the sannyasi order as soon as they speak. Very sad. Lots of sentimentalities. You have to take sannyasi from an actual sannyasi. One neophyte leading another neophyte does not make one an actual sannyasi. University education is of no use in spiritual life. You see the subtle references to the fact that as a mundane educated person you will be given more credence to your preaching. Sorry guys, material qualifications are meaningless. Where are the innumerable quotes from Srila Prabhupada about the actual qualifications of a sannyasi?
