Fantastic!.Thanks KFTrust for keeping alive these infinite practical wisdom which no others are able to clarify properly -the very subtle, intricate aspects of going deep into oneself. Pardon me, I notice that most of the gurus and preachers have some idea albeit superficially, intellectually-not understanding the very subtle nuances. JK goes straight to the point-otherwise people tend to spend their time and energy on the periphery-which may be easier to understand and hence one may think that he/she has understood- this is the 'danger' One has to really pay attention-listen and learn and be very careful of not being opionionated.

END YOUR HABITS WITHOUT CONFLICT. To end a habit, such as smoking or any other, it is crucial to understand what it means to end something without effort, without using willpower, and without expecting to gain something in return. Dying symbolizes the end of the “me,” which is a collection of memories and thoughts. One must free themselves from the known and observe what happens without seeking comfort or the promise of a future reward. The key is observation and ending without conflict, without seeking compensation, and without the intervention of thought, which constantly tries to preserve the “me.”
