I have felt all of this, the feelings of isolation, the loneliness, the temptation to become attached, just to resolve the empty feelings. However, I understand to become attached just to end these feelings would not resolve anything in the long run and perhaps make the situation worse, for both myself and another if I were to do so. So I remain with it. Many thanks for sharing 🙏🙏

Like he said, for him it is as clear as seeing a map of roads. He’s seeing it for himself, seeing what it means to be free of the prison that our minds have created. The various traps which the mind stumbles upon and veers off in the wrong direction because it doesn’t actually understand. But to have an insight is to understand, therefore the seeing and the dissipation of the issue is one in the same

People in a relationship only feel the call of nature and that is multiplying that doesn't mean they are happy. You have to sacrifice everything for the family, you have a certain community, but the children grow up and leave the house and you stay together with your wife , a thing that you don't want to anymore .

I so much understand when your asking yourself if we are getting this Yes I sure am and I thank you because I'm asking my brain my thoughts why am I so lonely? I not letting it go! What is it it keeps coming back! And as you were talking stop let my brain bring it out and it goes way back as a baby, my parents were bad and I hide away alot or stayed out by myself And as I got older and had my two children it was fear of losing them because I'm a single mom I had to do things myself So i let that go now and let my thoughts do the talking to me and i listened to it What a true freedom! Because if I free myself of the loneliness I would be suffice and I wouldn't have to cling onto something to explain my disorders of life. What I am incomplete of? What makes me unhappy? I allow them to, and that's why I get lonely and have to depend on materialism or an idea or a woman. Only if I don't lose to loneliness, I would find myself sufficient and I would not be lonely anymore.

You have to understand the problem as an observer from outside so what is the problem there? " I am lonely " why am I lonely because I don't have an attachment therefore I'm lonely but if I know that I am a part of the whole universe I'm not lonely anymore because I am the universe and the universe is me

100% yes in theory.... minding and making conscious is essential. but how is to act, if there is a solution in life and with others necessary? if there are personal parts got stuck in development, eg. because of death of parents, war or other traumas and one got unable to get back in touch with environment? for my experience that deep injuries can't be solved just by working them out in the own mind

We arrive at attachment being an escape from loneliness. He says to watch loneliness without the interference of thought. Now in pratyahara for example, you disengage from your senses and your mind's movement also gets attenuated. Now in that state everything is good but don't the troubles actually start when your mind, body and emotion start moving in recurrent patterns from the past when you're in activity? If thought stops, where is the existence of loneliness? And what is the instrument of awareness? Is this the ending of loneliness? And can this ending be for good?

I wanted him so bad. I wanted togetherness so much because i was suffering in lonliness for lot of my life and my inner motive was to be free from lonliness, give love and beloved. Because its something you experience brother. Nobody can tell you how air feels when you ride a bike at 70kmph. You see what happens is that people don't face their fears, we don't face the real imp questions about life, do we? Let's say you were in a toxic relationship for 6months, now its 2years and you are stilll depressed about it, you are still carrying that negativity which is making you lonely, unable to trust and feeling vulnerable. Now you can end this suffering you are in if you just sit and ask yourself "what went wrong? Why am I so upset? Was my breakup good or bad?" Now if you have seen someone like this, you know they generally avoid these questions. Because they fear to go down that memory lane again. Which actually makes them more miserable. You get a thorn in your leg, you are unable to walk but you are ready to hobble whole life but won't take the thorn out because it pains when you touch it. So what JK says here is that you should just sit quietly, alone, no sound, no human and just stay like that. Slowly your mind will start chattering, it will start talking about that problem, that attachment, past suffering, whatever, and just chat with that. When yo will do that, in the conversations, there comes a few thoughts that scares you, bcoz they are associated with trauma or some thought that you are attached with, and you will find yourself brushing it aside and focusing on some other thought. Dont do that. Welcome it and solve it right there. As you talk n talk you will find it is peeling itself like onion and at the end, you will have that solution, and you are no longer depressed/attached.

We come in alone, & go out alone. That is the truth. Why find sorrow in it?

To " watch loneliness", mind, the "watcher", has to realise that loneliness is the result of some time- bound action performed by it,out of ignorance.A faculty which is completeness, has, out of ignorance, sought completeness, through the creation of illusory duality of observer and observed. This action, being time- bound, brought sorrow and loneliness once it was completed and a temporary result achieved.Mind was happy withh these sporadic instances of pleasure and absence of loneliness, and concluded that being in a state of constant action is the only way to be "eternally happy",so to say.Mind will be in a position to " watch loneliness", only and only if it knows that loneliness is acquired, aloneness is its state. To be complete and alone, mind has to be in " non- action" mode of functionality.Such an evolved mind can " watch loneliness ",as it is completely out of that time zone which brings in division, duality and loneliness.

Ok i wanted to tell something..... If you try to face lonliness you will fear bcoz.... If no thought runs inside the head then 99% brain feel that there is no existence to it..... Bcoz it is there only when it is attached with worldy things..... If no attachment then no thought and fear begins..... If fear can be handled then it will reveal itself..... That's the end we all are in fear Bcoz if there is no thought....no you, no me Sorry if anyone got hurt.... Even your God will disappear bcoz he is also a thought Only truths exists....
