This is very heavy stuff. I'm surprised that people are more obsessed with making money, buying cars and obtaining new gadgets, instead of wrestling with the heavy stuff. They're like polystyrene balls floating on the surface of reality, when there's a vast ocean, deep deep down, unexplored, unknown to them.

Thank you for inviting me to walk with you, neither you lead and I follow, or I leed and you follow, Together we Observe and Lisen from the same Space, not what we think it was is or it will be.May i share, It feels like Action is taking place from two parallel realities,one is from Thinking and it's institutions in All its streams. The other is from the complete Freedom of Observation, when Attention is withdrawn from Thinking, living the Mind in Timeless Insight, this Insight has its own Intelligence which acts from Love and Compassion Permeating the body in the world as daily life.So one is acting from TlmeThougt,and the other from Observation. Iam learning. May the perfume of Love act as an allarm clock Thank you the voice in the telephone, Love You, Nous Aeion.

I don't understand how we can function without constantly generating a sense of future and past around us. Its a kind of 'location ' mechanism..that grounds us in our present moment. When I walk up a flight of stairs I tend to assume the next step on the flight of stairs will be there. and I also assume the last step was there. I don't really function very well unless I make these assumptions. I think my mind works out a set of probabilities and says : ' how likely is it ..that the next step on the stairs is broken and your foot will fall through. ? " The answer is " not likely". So then I just walk up the stairs. My mind has already made a projection of future events and given me the feedback that a broken stair is unlikely. My mind has already moved into a possible future and given me a report. I think we function like this all the time. otherwise...how do we run up a flight of stairs? We only do it by believing that the next step is there. Most everything we do is based on these kinds of assumptions. They are all about an imagined future. I'm not entirely sure how we function without that. I mean that ..an imagining of the future and a recognition of the past are an integral part of being. They happen automatically. They are an intrinsic part of how we function. We are always part in the future and part in the past and sometimes here.

All time is contained in the now, it's always the present, present is not a stationary point you have to understand, present itself is a movement. In present you think about future or past, they don't exist in reality because in the future it would be now too, it's a series of now. The very perception of this ends all the misery. Though or thinking is the process of memory which is always limited, so thought is always limited, the brain is limited. If you want to be one with the universe (observer is the observed) firstly you have to realise this all within you.
