Dear Sir, you have mentioned their Financials maybe weak. But how do we check the Builder's account balance, financial books or other details? Is there any process for asking for their entire financial status?

You can't check that. If that builder company is listed you can check there . Else you need to check from other sources.

You just ask for it and expect the builder to provide you every possible detail of his financial records. If the builder expects you to give him your home and trust him for 4-5 years, why shouldn't you expect him to show you his financial records before you do that?
